About the Journal

Zaria Journal of Electrical Engineering Technology (ZJEET). This journal is a biannual publication of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.  ZJEET welcomes quality articles in all Electrical Engineering related fields as set out in the founding Editor’s remarks.

INFORMATION GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
SUBMIT PAPER TO:
Managing Editor, Zaria Journal of Electrical Engineering Technology, Department of Electrical
Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria.
1. The journal language is English and all contributions should be in English.
2. The journal welcomes quality articles in all Electrical Engineering related fields as set out in the
founding Editor’s remarks. The journal aims at emphasizing the use of Engineering design and analysis;
and strives to maintain a balance between research and application and disseminate information to both
researchers and practitioners
3. Submit full length original manuscript, as word document, to the managing-editor by mail with the title
of the manuscript as subject. Manuscripts will be subjected to double-blind peer-reviews with the
understanding that the same works have not been published elsewhere. All manuscript must be prepared
according to ZJEET format (https://shorturl.at/mNMDk)
4. Author(s) will be required to pay N5,000 as initial processing fee, and an additional N20,000 as
publication fee when the manuscript is accepted for publication. Payments for processing and
publication of submitted and accepted manuscripts respectively should be made through:

5. Evidence of payments should be forwarded to the editor by email, with the title of the manuscripts as
subject.
6. The decision of the editorial board regarding acceptability of a manuscript for publication in the journal
is final. In the event a manuscript is accepted for publication, author(s) are to transfer copyright of the
article including right to produce the article in all forms to ZJEET.
7. Accepted manuscripts will be published online and in print form. Only corresponding authors are
entitled to a printed copy of the journal containing the authored work only.
8. Printed copies of all issues of the journal can be obtained at ZJEET secretariat, Room A4, Ground
Floor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria at the cost of N5,000
only.
