INNOVATIVENESS AND PERFORMANCE OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS INNIGERIA: MODERATING ROLE OF PERCEIVED FEASIBILITY

This study aimed at examining the Moderating Role of Perceived Feasibility on
Innovativeness and Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in Nigeria. The study attempted to
come up with the mediation conceptual framework of the study on the Moderating Role of
Perceived Feasibility on Innovativeness and Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in
Nigeria. The study was conducted on a basis of thorough literature review methodology. The
study drew conclusion that, there is positive and significant correlation between
Innovativeness and performance of women in entrepreneurship through adequate perceived
feasibility in Nigeria. In addition, innovativeness is explored as a result of trends in product
streamlining and the kind of motivated and zealous personnel- not specificity of gender-who
can fully devote themselves for the progress of the organization.
